Adrian, Paula, and Dominic House: check in at 11:00 AM; check out at 9:00 AM.

Paolo House Rooms 1 and 2: check in at 2:00 PM; check out at 12:00 PM (noon).

Present your booking confirmation message and proof of identity: a passport for foreign guests or a valid ID for local guests. Please leave on time for room cleaning and check your belongings before departure.

Reservations are made through the Por La Bahia de Malitbog Beach Resort Facebook page and/or Facebook account on a first-come, first-served basis, after the requested date and package availability are confirmed.

Read and agree to the terms and conditions, submit the reservation form, and pay the reservation fee to complete your booking. The ₱1,500 reservation fee applies per room, per night reserved. It is deductible from the total bill and non-refundable. It must be paid upon reservation; failure to pay may result in cancellation.

To change your reservation date, notify the resort at least 10 days before your original check-in date. Changes requested after that period result in forfeiture of the reservation fee.

Private pools are included with Adrian and Paula House only. Dominic House and both Paolo House rooms have no pool access.

Pool hours are 11:00 AM–11:00 PM on the check-in date only. For bookings of 2 or more days, pool use extends through the day before check-out, within the stated hours. There is no pool use on the check-out date.

The resort drains and replaces the pool water daily. Fresh water on your check-out date is for the next arriving guests.

There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests are responsible for their own safety; management does not guarantee that the beach or sea is safe for swimming, fishing, snorkeling, diving, or similar activities.

• No running, diving, or glass utensils near the pool.
• Children must be supervised by an adult or guardian. Minors must be accompanied by adults at all times.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol may not use the pool.

Videoke ends at 9:00 PM. Sound systems and other music must also be turned off by 9:00 PM under the resort’s rules.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Minimize noise and activities, avoid shouting, and be considerate of other guests and neighbours.

Gates close at 10:00 PM. Be inside the resort by that time, or inform the caretaker earlier to make arrangements.

Observe the capacity stated for your package or agreed with management. Confirm the allowed guest count when booking.

Adrian, Paula, and Dominic House: no entrance fee for the first 10 guests; each additional guest pays a ₱20 entrance fee. These house packages have no corkage fee.

The house packages are self-catering. Use the included facilities with care. Decorations, buffet table, and dessert table skirting may be requested for an additional fee.

Damage or loss of resort items or fixtures is charged directly to the registered guest. Sound systems and other appliances brought by guests are subject to power consumption charges.

Every package includes 2 bath towels, 1 roll of toilet paper, and 2 small body soaps and shampoo.

For each bed: 1 bedsheet, 1 blanket, and 2 pillows.

Additional floor foam does not include free bedding; bedding may be rented. Adrian House’s 2 camping tents include foam but do not include bedding.

Pets are allowed in the resort, but not inside the rooms. A maximum of 3 pets may be in the resort at any one time; arrange your pet’s stay when you make your reservation.

• Keep pets leashed, obedient, and quiet at all times.
• Bring a pet bed or cage, and provide your pet’s food.
• Keep the resort tidy and clean up after your pet.

Simple rice and grilled meat may be ordered at regular menu prices. The resort may ask an owner to remove a pet if it disturbs other guests or frightens staff.

Parking is provided for convenience. Management does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to parked vehicles.

Wi-Fi is free for registered guests. The access code may change without notice. Signal quality varies with room location, equipment status, and interference; the resort assumes no liability for guest use.

The resort has no generator. Solar-powered lights switch on during electricity disruptions. Air-conditioning and karaoke are not connected to the solar batteries.

The resort assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you have left something behind, call +63 917 561 0186 promptly so the team can try to assist.

Eligible items found by housekeeping after departure are collected, logged, and stored for collection for up to 14 days. Lost-and-found records are retained for 1 year, and reasonable efforts are made to notify the guest. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries are discarded.

Watch your children, belongings, and vehicles. Guests are responsible for their safety and for informing companions of the resort’s terms and conditions. The terms state that management assumes no responsibility for accidents, loss, or damage.

Smoking is prohibited inside rooms. Guests may smoke outside. Gambling, contraband or smuggled goods, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, and prohibited drugs are not allowed in the resort.

The resort is privately owned and operated. Its terms reserve the right to refuse admission, service, or accommodation, or remove a guest without refund for failure to follow its standards and policies. Grounds include nonpayment; intoxicated and disorderly behaviour; failure to supervise children; unlawful use of the resort; bringing unlawful firearms or hazardous substances; harm to people or property; and refusal to follow resort rules. Additional rules may be introduced for everyone’s safety.
